  We had a nice stay! Vera was very welcoming (we wish we had seen her when we checked out to say arrivederci). We could leave our luggage there before check in. Our only problem was the bed join. For the double bed, it was two twin bed put together (no problems regarding this), and the "joining duvet" was too thin for it, so it was a hole in between the beds. -AC was great and cool -Bedding and bathroom was clean and fresh -Curtains were blackout ones (nice!) -Light from the recepection enters the room though the gap at the bottom of the door. All in all, it was a nice stay!

  Il personale di questo hotel é gentilissimo e cordiale. Le camere e gli spazi comuni molto puliti e ben tenuti. Le camere sono spaziose, fornite di aria condizionata ed il wi-fi funziona molto bene. Benché l'hotel abbia solo una stessa, i parametri prima citati, sono paragonabili, se non superiori, a mia esperienza, a degli hotel con tre stelle nella stessa zona. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo é abbastanza corretto tuttavia dipende molto dal periodo e dall'anticipo con cui si prenota. Per tariffe inferiori ai 100 euro, il rapporto é corretto. Cordiali Saluti

  The Staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and tidy and the air conditioning was very efficient. We struggled with our plug adapters as they wouldn’t fit any of the sockets in the room until we found the hairdryer socket in the bathroom which did accept an adapter. The hotel is very convenient for the Wagner Metro stop ( red line) so it was quick and easy to get to Duomo / castle etc. The price was good but there’s no tea / coffee in the room or breakfast available. That said there are cafes etc just down the road

  We enjoyed our stay on the top level, where the room was large and comfortable. Our biggest complaint was the door situations. The front door is locked closed from 10pm - 9am, with no guest access unless you phone a number. Our phones wouldn’t make calls in Italy so this was a major issue for us. We were locked out three times during our stay and had to wait for someone to come. Can I suggest swipe access for guests - or at least a WhatsApp or intercom alternative to contact the staff. This issue would prevent us staying again.
